I haven't had time to read all the things people have already suggested... so please disregard if these solutions have already been offered.
are you using MS Outlook for your mail program? Depending on the version - you want to look for these items (the names might be slightly different, but the goal is the same). also - no matter what e-mail program you are using - you will have similar options to set - so you might look for them anywhere in options or preferences. In Outlook (xp 2003 version for example) go to Tools, options - go to the Mail Format tab - you want to set it for plain text OR HTML (depending on other kinds of e-mail you use), plain text is generally just plain simpler - also if you can turn off using MS word as your mail editor it will work smoother. Then, you go to Internet Format in the same area and make sure you are set to word wrap at 76 character - which is standard. You can also set it to convert RTF (rich text format) (which is what word will make it - to either HTML or Plain text. Since you are having the issues - I would try setting to Plain Text first, then graduate up to HTML. HTML just makes forwarding other kinds of e-mail easier (like e-bay messages or amazon stuff - email that comes in as HMTL mostly. It also makes it easier to embed links to websites in your text; the main thing is you want it either HTML or Plain Text - but not RTF and you want to make sure it to word wrap at 76 characters. mm > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of > Jorge Goldfarb > Sent: Tuesday, January 15, 2008 7:32 AM > To: [email protected] > Subject: [MD] Asking for help. > > > Please don't pay any attention to this Post.
