ok - you are actually sending and receiving mail through a browser - also known as web mail.
for the record - all web mail programs are generally defaulted in the HTML format. I don't have a machine handy with any of my clients using hot mail so I don't off hand know if the preferences for word wrap can be set either in the mail options OR in options for composing messages. Most of us are entering return to format our e-mails smaller than 76 characters per line. I don't think too many of us are just typing until the text just keeps going on and on and on and on - that is why David is having the issues as you can see - like I just did. I don't understand why this is a problem - who is having the issues with what David pastes?
