You bet it is!!! And you don't totally need to flip out. You can move between the worlds with even a little bit of trust. Maybe like the kind required to make the vision quest. You can do this!!! I gave up alcohol many decades ago. (Fire and fire doesn't mix.) Only drugs I've ever done were Marijuana and mushrooms. This was an entry, but I quickly realized that they had to go. To be of high value, I had to go naked (sans drugs). You can do this. You can reclaim time and place. Even if it's just for short periods it has much value.
