Hello again,

Here's what was reported to the U.N. yesterday,
(March 14, 2008), about the worsening conditions in
Burma by the military junta.

Here's what is currently significant in which
direction the quality of the people's lives. The
countries referendum to draft a new constitution is
where the civil unrest seems to be teetering upon as
follows:

from the political process:

This referendum is raising opposing voices of
youth, such as 'Generation Wave' (founded during
Saffron Revolution in September 2007) and '88
Generation Student' group (founded during the civil
unrest by students in 1988), along with many other
demographics, including the Buddhist monks who lead
the protests for freedom in September, thus why it is
called Saffron Revolution. These opposing voices of
the referendum have to watch their backs for they can
now receive prison terms for voicing their opinion (up
to 20 years). This was signed into law in February of
2008.

I guess I'm trying to sustain a memory, and not
fall into the trap that has been called the Short-Term
Memory of the U.S.

night,
fire still burns,
the smoke rises,
from the rock circle,
