Well, my Dear Krimel, seems we view DQ differently. And Chance. Chance and
Chaos are only words, And not very Good ones at that.
Striving towards a better "understanding" or "seeing", or a word that cannot
describe it, of Quality - we continue to examine everything around us. So
things that were seen as a totally random effect by chaos may today be seen
as a line of events forming up to something else.

You are giving descriptions causal powers and agency here. Human beings
might perceive and strive for higher Quality. It might be possible to
speak
of living things optimizing their paths of least resistance. But Quality
does not strive and it does not perceive. If all things are drawn toward
anything it is entropy.
Right, Quality does not strive. Quality is. Quality is perfect (although the
word in itself in imperfect and cannot describe it better then any other
word) and all the manifestations of Quality "feel" this Quality on all the
different levels, and it is not some external force since everything is
Quality (Ice floating in a river) and that's all.
For some reason you feel the need to taunt to back up your empty words and
say:

betterness in that, Archangel?
I would think that such a thing would be the result of complex cause and
effect patterns. None of us are Archangels and thus does not see pure
Quality, because of course if we did, everything would be the same and there
would not be any "we".
But if such a thing as you say happened, the main point is that Quality
would not be affected. Some static patterns would melt into the river and
that's it.
This is just the way I see it today.
Tomorrow I might change my mind.
Seems like a Good thing to be able to do.
