So I ask, what of "intellectual substance" is found in making a claim (here universally paraphrased from all variances of its appearance) "multiculturalism is destroying America", couple it with such nonsense as "academics who embrace multiculturalism" and "collectivists who embrace multiculturalism" and then just follow this is variances of the same fear, restated a few different rhetorical ways. The following sums up the totality of what you say. "Collectivist multiculturalism brainwashed into our kids by collectivist professors who hate liberty and are anti-individual, who side with terrorists and who think that murderous, backwards countries are equal to America... will destroy our nation by making us see bilingual traffic signs, wear veils and... ???" So yeah, call me arrogant for saying such insipid bullshit is anti-intellectual and devoid of substance. Because that's so much easier than... gasp!... actually adding substance! So have at it, Platt, give me some specific, substantive examples of which "Hispanic values" will replace "values indigenous to America" that will lead to the destruction of America. Go ahead. Waiting... Or, make another empty post about how big, bad academics and their multiculturalism is so baaaad.
