[Arlo] Of course you do, and oh-so-conveniently it just so happens that the Glorious USA tops the list. How convenient that that enables you to look down with smug condescension on the lesser peoples of the world. But maybe an Icelander, or Aussie, or Kiwi, or Canuck, or Spaniard, or Japanese, or German, or Austrian, or Sioux, or Navajo, or Hawai'ian, would feel they top the list, and maybe America falls in line behind all these. Maybe we should teach everyone that America is somewhere down the list. Oh yes, that makes me a moveon.orger...
