well you obviously have never been to a zoo, or maybe you are just not very 
observant. heard of jane goodall? the lady that lives with the chimps....maybe 
this might help you....and yes she is a person.

and plants have an aesthetic and physiological response to classical music 
generally. they grow faster and are stronger and are more disease resistant 
than control plants that are not exposed to music. rock music interestingly 
creates an aversion response....the plants grow away from the speakers!!!

emotions all have a biological aspect, they also have a psychological aspect 
and there is a feedback loop linking the two.

so what did you think of David Suzuki's lecture on growth and 
sustainability?...to get back on topic
