In my opinion a myth is a story one can decide to live by. Christians believe that the Jesus Story is inclusive myth, the greatest story told, and they have chosen to live by this story. It opens them to the largness of life and inspires them to love neighbor, enemies included, and to engage in ministries of service. Living by the Jesus Story is difficult, very dificult they say; but they try. There are saints who prove it can be done. Let each choose his/story/myth to live by. Fairy tale or whatever. The choice depends on contextualization and interpretation, and ultimately on faith.

Are saying I shouldn't give a bunny's butt? Let, maybe, you pass the bs off as 'truth'? Let the chosen people have their way? - Stinky.
