Looked up the Alexander technique.

Seems to be an interesting way to connect biological, social and
intellectual quality through mind-body connections.

Reminds me of yoga, which I practice regularly.  A question an instructor of
mine once asked was whether it was good thinking which led to good physical
health, or whether good posture, position and alignment could also create
good thinking.
