MP: I'm not blind, dmb. I know what she was *trying* to do. The point is that
she
was doing it with forked tongue while professing a wish for joy in my
direction,
and was doing it in a state of complete ignorance to boot.

You're the self professed genius here, I should think you'd see her error once
I'd pointed it out. Alas, however, bigotry dressed up as intellectualism is
still
bigotry.

MP: Back up. I'm not demanding that "everybody refrain from denigrating"
anything. I'm asking *Marsha* why she insists on denigrating *my* joy as a
means of substantiating *hers* for no reason other than she is completely
ignorant of how I come by it and has read some things RMP wrote that lead her
to be convinced of hers.

If you said Astrology was your joy, I'd say "ok, to each his own."

If you said atheism is your joy, and I say to that as well "ok, to each his
own."

But there is a difference between atheism and anti-theism, and don't ever think
you can pretend the latter to be the former. One is affirmative, the other
destructive.

So when you say:

> Just for the record, I get no joy from astrology. I get my joy from
> stealing your joy. ;-)

I just sigh, because we all know that when you need to build yourself up by
knocking others down, you are at the point where it is obvious you have nothing
of your own to offer but can only define yourself in contrast to others.

MP: So why do you keep attacking what I do with my own head and heart and
hands?
