[Krimel] Quite well? I guess. She had a massive strokes so she is doing well to be alive. It took her seven years to recover for the stroke so again "well" is relative. It takes no effort on our part whatever to tap into the energy she is talking about. Open your eyes and light energy will enter. Rods and cones, the sensory cells on the retina of your eyes will convert that light energy into electrical and chemical energy. Listen! What you hear is kinetic energy in the form of fluctuations of air pressure being converted into electrical/chemical energy. Reach out and touch someone; sensors in your fingers will convert that kinetic energy into electrical/chemical energy. Fart in an elevator and you will smell the effect by converting chemical energy into electrical/chemical energy. Bite a jalapeño and the sensors in your tongue will do the same thing. All of this is what our bodies do to transduce or reformat energy from the environment into forms that we as beings can use to reduce uncertainty about the relationships that form and shift around us. This is not difficult or mysterious stuff she is talking about. Cosmic energy? What is that even supposed to mean. I would refer you to Frank Zappa for a good summery of my own position on that one.
