This is my first post and my last and only excuse. I don't know who Ken Wilbur is or what school of thought he belongs to but I wonder what he or you would say about rubber tires. As far as I know, a rubber tire is a single gigantic molecule. I imagine one might construct a class of such whole-heapish objects and label it ... platypi?
