Greetings Ian,
To keep the flow interesting? Boredom? (Boredom might be Joe
Campbell's suggestion.) Rutting season?
Platt does not participate in these dialogues alone. Both Arlo and
Platt, and Krimel are intelligent, but occasionally it seems they
like to war. It is head, heart and hands. Hands! Maybe that is
what is missing. Physical accomplishment? Exercise? Are there some
intelligent suggestions for the biological level? A walk? Knitting?
Seems just a case of boys gone wild...

Krim, Arlo, Marsha, Ron, Platt ...
This is a very old argument ... is Platt a fool, and if not, what ?
Marsha's words, she "doesn't care for" .... his politics, his ethics,
his morals, his values ... they seem "wrong" to a MoQist.
She's clearly not alone. But I concluded a long time ago Platt was no
fool, he has several (good old fashioned word) "saving graces".
None of which save him from being (good old fashioned word) "evil", maybe ?
Even earlier, I suggested that if he were not evil, Platt Holden might
be "The Old Plant" feigning evil for the sake of .... something ... ?
I even went further with that suggestion ... but my timing was very
bad I seem to recall ;-)
As I pointed out before, those are MoQ-rational suggestions, not
ad-hominems since the subject is the subject of the debate, but a fat
lot of good it did me then. However it's such an old argument around a
single individual, that I have since adopted the "life's too short"
argument, and focus attention in more productive pastures.
Regards
Ian
