I don't know what "assigns values to subjects" means with respect to the MoQ, John. But it isn't something I've said or believe.
Subjects choose what values they prefer and experience a universe that represents their values. A metaphysics can't "assign values", and to the extent that an authority attempts to do so, the individual is robbed of his/her freedom. (You can quote me on that.)
If you need an example, look at Obama trying to foist national healthcare on the public by calling it a "moral imperative". That's Collectivism at its worst.
