Andre: Hi John, the notion of 'life' is one of those wonderful SOM ideas which is dragging loads of connotations with it. I must readily admit that I haven't thought this through yet but 'life' in MoQ terms is (imho) different from our conventional, SOM,-religious understanding. Platt springs to mind as one who keeps on hammering on the speciality of the occurrence of 'life' especially 'human' life. As said, I haven't thought it through yet, but since you put it in the above context...what is 'life' for you?
