Not as a system. In his work all metaphysical claims are untestable and usually underlie all testable claims in some way or another but usually are not clearly stated. For example, he says that underlying all of physics is the unstated metaphysical assumption: The universe is comprehensible. The sun is shining, it warm for the first time in weeks I'm out of here.
