Andre to dmb: This is a little addendum to my previous post. You sometimes get carried away in your own story and forget the point you want to make: I spoke of the two perspectives which can roughly be equated with ZMM and LILA:
Bodvar confuses the two, or more precisely: does not recognise them. I have asked for his comments on this many a time but he never responded. You do not see what you do not value.
