I agree absolutely with this and no "but", just let me expand a little on things in general. The MOQ's first axiom is "Reality is Quality". However, dynamic and static are mere different forms of quality (like ice and liquid are of water) thus this axiom can safely be expanded to say: "Reality is DQ/SQ" This way the destructive "Quality//DQ/SQ meta-metaphysics is avoided and all these mind-boggling buchanan exercises are left nil and void. > I think there's no way of confining static patterns to this or that. I guess you mean "dynamic"? Anyway the MOQ says that reality is this dynamic/static interaction, thus the MOQ itself is neither dynamic or static because it IS the realization of this context. It will certainly evolve and expand - we are already in the process of doing so - but the fundamental DQ/SQ constellation will remain lest it all turns absurd.
