Ham to Platt, Andre, Marsha and All:

Yes! Life is an individual experience. It makes no sense any other way.
Thank you for pointing this out, Platt. It's one epistemological truth that
you and I agree on, and I only wish RMP was as explicit about "individual
uniqueness" as you seem to think he was.

Andre:
Of course I am not surprised at you agreeing with Platt, Ham.And keep on
justifying the appearance/ artificial creation and re-creation of the little
isolated cells within which some people keep on living because
'epistemologically' it makes 'sense'.( I think there is something fundamentally
wrong with your epistemology!)

To what extent can you misunderstand Mr. Pirsig...? 'this dualistic way of
approaching the motorcycle', or for that matter, one's fellow sentient beings,
sounds right...but 'it's been an artificial interpretation'. It's never been
reality itself.

I believe Mr. Pirsig was very clear and explicit about 'individual uniqueness'.
Not that either of you understand... or rather simply not willing to understand
or accept.

Remember Mr. Pirsig's amendment/correction with regards to the Cartesian
statement in LILA...? Or is this another one of his misconceptions?

Hurray Rene D! Hurray John L!Roll on the 4th of July!
