[Platt]
Is there something about Pirsig's description of the difference between
socialism and free enterprise you disagree with?

Ron:
None whatsoever, my problem is with your interpretation of it
which neglects the paragraphs surrounding that quote.
About how he states that socialism is more moral than capitolism
and his reasons why.He states socialisms only fault is that it
tries to plan a dynamic function. He states the only redeemable
quality of capitolism is the allowance for dynamic function within
it's econimic system.

[Platt]
That "only fault" makes all the difference between the two systems, doesn't it?
The "dynamic function" is the "redeemable quality" what makes capitalism
superior.

Ron:
As an economic system it is more successful, but it's not morally superior.

we do not agree.
