I would only seriously question your disparaging remarks about Buddhism.  
I don't find it bland at all.  Emptiness is like when "The Tao is called the
Great Mother: empty yet inexhaustible, it gives birth to infinite worlds.
It is always present within you."

But it is impossible to play pin the tail on the donkey with you, so I will
not 
quibble with your point-of-view.  Besides you make me laugh, with joy and 
delight, and I love you for that.
