How do you justify the house saying a prayer in the morning, and having a
chaplain.  Are they all just a bunch of idiots?  Your interpretation is just
that.  In law, grammar does matter, believe me, Clinton used it all the
time.  I am concerned that the federal government interferes with religion
as much as it does, all in the name of separation.  What a load of baloney.
 We have to stay separated therefore we much interfere, HUH?
