Joe to Andre and All: Logic enters the picture when evolution moves from an emotional level to an intellectual level DQ to SQ. Rather than real and intentional existence I want to explore a hierarchy in levels in existence, evolution, inorganic, organic, emotional, intellectual etc.

Logic being the 'link' between the two. What a mess if I may say so. Are you still with Pirsig's MOQ or have you, following a few others on this discuss now and over many years past created your own Joe? It certainly seems that way. The 'link' between the organic and the intellectual level is the social level. Is the social level 'logic'? DQ is not the emotional level.
