Marsha: But there is a difference between James and RMP. With James there is no way to differentiate between social purposes and intellectual purposes and as RMP has stated "they were monstrously confused" and the Nazis could justify the holocaust as producing satisfaction. The MoQ, on the other hand, distinguishes social purposes, such as practicality, from intellectual purposes, and make it immoral for lower-level social patterns to subordinate intellectual patterns. You remember, dmb, RMP stating how "James would probably be horrified to find the Nazis could use his pragmatism as freely as everyone else." ___ Moq_Discuss mailing list Listinfo, Unsubscribing etc. http://lists.moqtalk.org/listinfo.cgi/moq_discuss-moqtalk.org Archives: http://lists.moqtalk.org/pipermail/moq_discuss-moqtalk.org/ http://moq.org/md/archives.html
