Actually, it stinks as a bottom line. It's not thought out at all.
 
Inhere: to stick, to exist permanently and inseparably in, as a quality, 
attribute, or element; belong intrinsically, infixed, native.
 
Existence: to be, the act of being
 
Static value is empty of native being. 
 
If static value is empty of natual existence where does static quality come 
from?
I thought static quality was a natural, native extension of the human 
experience,
what else could it be?
 
Static value is indeed inseperable as an attribute of the human experience.
 
So DQ is nothingness and SQ is emptiness
 
which leaves the entire idea meaningless.
