Paying attention to the now of experience. It also sounds like

..you did nothing but hold a horse stance. Judging by that comment
The instructor probably didn't trust you with much else.
But what really made everything 
Sync up with MOQ is how patience 
Awareness and observation figured
Heavy in how when and where we act. 
This applied to raising children also.
There is a certain amount of allowing them to grow and a certain art to 
stepping in and guiding them at the 
Appropriate moment.
