Jc: I was surprised at how much better my posture was on the job too,
using my skill saw, etc. Balance is everything, in martial arts and that
part was of great use but since I never get in any fights, the "martial"
part was largely useless to me.

Jc: San Soo was different than I expected. I expected belts and the
ability to break boards and stuff but all that is garbage inherited from
Japanese perversions of the art, at least according to my instructor, Dan
Pastre, student of Jimmy Woo who brought the teaching over from China.

The proof of the pudding is in the eating. My kids are all doing well and
we have a great relationship and I've never lost a fight.

But somehow I guess I stepped on the wrong toes here and a rancorous
dialogue is no fun at all.

So I'll just shut up for a while.
