And who helped to free an entire sub-continent from the illegal and
violent rule of the British Imperialists.

And it never will. What I do believe in is separating the achievments
of a person from his character. History is littered with the good
achievments of people of dubious character. But that dubious
character is often the result of Dynamic social value. There is a very
nasty tendency in todays political arena to use mud-slinging instead
of argument. If you don't like a persons beliefs then attack him with
vitriol and slander. This, as far as I can see is Social Value
attempting to dominate Intellectual value. And funnily enough, seeing
as I believe the MOQ to be of high value, I see this as immoral.

Precisely my point. If you take the time time read up on the MAI - an
agreement between the multinationals and various governments -
you'll see that this is exactly what the multinations nearly succeeded
in doing. Fortunately, a bunch of motivated and dynamic intellectuals
prevented this from happening

Is this Marxism the theory or Marxism the Practice. One is
intellectual Value and the other Social Value. But exactly the same
case can be made against Capitalism as well and normally is.
Except that the intellectual value of Capitalism is of a lower order.
