I just reread what I sent earlier and I would like to amend something....
I wrote:
 "In closing, I just mean to suggest that maybe external validity and
empircal

Whoa boy, did that come out all wrong and extreme.  I just meant that maybe
empirical verification isn't the most valuable measure of man's freedom or
morality.
