i didnt mean 'q' is purely biological,and we cant apply it to society and intellect.i
think the origin and concept of q is biological in nature.RMP says q is like a railway
track ,always going ahead,if for the better.
improving the q of society, improving the intellect,help us(the concerned biological
unit) to survie in time.q of non biological things matter only when one BU get
connectad with it

Do you mean that it is only biological components of nature that Quality possesses and
if so
why should Quality be restricted to biology? How do you think Society and Intellect
fit in - or
for that matter non-biological components?
