P.S. For those living where Eastern Hemlock (also known as Canadian Hemlock) grows, it has 5 times the amount of Vitamin C than lemons. White pine has Vitamin C, too, as well as Vitamin A. This had me think about how Amerindians in this region during the winter (I'm not an expert on food sources in this region, but I'm making an educated guess that during the summer more plants would be growing for the potential of eating more Vitamin C) would have supplemented their diet with this tea to avoid what many Europeans died of when they first walked around here: scurvy. By the way, other Vitamin C deficiencies include slow wound healing, and immune system rundowns. squonk moq_discuss mailing list Listinfo, Unsubscribing etc. http://lists.moqtalk.org/listinfo.cgi/moq_discuss-moqtalk.org Archives: http://lists.moqtalk.org/pipermail/moq_discuss-moqtalk.org/ http://moq.org.uk/pipermail/moq_discuss_archive/
