Greetings, I am embarrassed, and maybe owe you all an apology. I've been wondering about my statement that I've been "pacing like a panther for weeks". Talking about living in your own head. I stopped smoking last December 1st using the patch. A few weeks ago I stopped using the patch too. Maybe my unease is just that easily explained.
