Marsha, Ron, SA, (and David H, and Mark, and Gav ...) I made (sincere) suggestions before for creating some more slightly more formal environment in which MoQ could be nurtured to wider public value. (Always in addition to the truly wonderful / dynamic nature of MoQ.Discuss, without any suggestion of cramping anyone else's style or initiative.)
My (sincere) motives were severely questioned when I suggested the idea that any such a new initiative needed (a) some "organisation and management" (even the merest organisation), and (b) that management must NOT be vested in any self-selecting individuals (and that includes me), but constituted in some appropriate form of governance on "our" behalf - without that we are prone to indivual political interests and agendas (mine included) Dave Harding pushed the MoQ Wiki idea, after Marsha and Gav and others suggested more "public" material, but also got significant push-back; though it's still live and linked from MoQ.Org. I still stand by my "Friends of Quality" idea, and Sam's "Magazine of Quality" spin-off idea. A few weeks ago joined up those dots and put that proposal on the MoQ Wiki. Since I've not received tirades of abuse for my efforts, I can only assume my ideas have been accepted; either that or no-one has looked at the wiki recently ;-) Sincerely Ian On 2/15/07, Ron Kulp <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Lila > > >(Ch. 5): > > > > > > "Quality is indivisible, undefinable and unknowable in the > > >sense that there is a knower and > > a known, but a metaphysics can be none of these things.
