Blowing the vessel out of the water risks death and mutilation to all hands on board - every one a human ? I call that violent aggression - a disproportionately violent response to an act of provactive propaganda - recognisable as such to every other observer in the world. Any way at least we're back to the real subject - Platt's thirst for violence to humanity.
