I think each person should have a say in how the healthcare of every other person is provided. For instance, if Smith needs a blood transfusion I should be able to provide him with my blood. If his/her blood type is different from mine, I should be able to trade mine at a blood bank for his/her type. If Jones needs an operation, I should be able to offer, e.g., to paint the doctor's house so that he will perform the operation. Or I could pay someone else to paint the house. Or just pay the doctor. Needless to say, I shouldn't be forced to do these things (unless I have voluntarily committed to do so.)
