I thought I'd give answers according to how the
placement facility I work at deals with these issues.
Remind you that a placement facility is a sort of
cyber world since it is not real world staged. It is
a controlled environment to deal with enhanced
problems all in one place.
Therefore question one, what technology? The
girls just don't exercise, and the only TV they watch
is about 2-3 hours Friday night and 2-3 hours Saturday
night to watch a movie if they earned that privilege.
Computers, well, at school they are hardly accessible.

Their social skills are terrible. I wonder how
some will ever finish out school, college, well, that
is a huge wonderment. Will they have a job? Could
they even talk to their boss in a respectful manner to
hold a job? Family life - I hope.

Therapy here is the big buzz thing to do.
Prisons are called 'Correction Facilities' now-a-days.
We can make them better. Yeah, in the old days
hangings might have been their fate, or disbandment
from a community. Now-a-days it is we can change
them, fit them back into society. So, as Krimel put
it, it's not just disability personal, but negative,
aggressive, suicidal tendencies that can be usurped
and human beings can be introduced back into society
with the social skills that will help them live in
this culture - that's the current motto. Education
levels are very, very low, and this alone makes me
wonder how far these children will go once introduced
back into a knowledge-necessary culture. The schools
a joke where I work. Apparently it is a joke in other
placement facilities from what I hear, at least from
very few I've heard about.

Ah, but it is there social behavior that holds
them back. It seems to be a vicious circle. Their
not learning much wisdom, much about what this world
is about in order to change. Their learning what is
most important to them. Survival in the streets - be
tough and nobody will mess with you. This leads to
further use of smoke and screens to shield themselves
- more inappropriate conversations: this is
consequenced where I work.

     Without etiquette, social organization,
inspiration, and morality (spirit) can not be
supported and enhanced. Bad etiquette leads to
stealing others people food, which we put to a stop by
having certain residents eat in their bedrooms
separated from other residents and watched closely as
they get their food.

Yes, tattoos, those that are demeaning are to be
covered and consequences given if shown. These are
displays of identity, and sometimes identities that
speak to others in their social group so boundaries
can be made between one group and another group
quickly. Fighting and distrust right away sprouts
from these kinds of identities.

thanks.
