on concentration:

     Concentrating too hard:
          - motivated by fear to cling (thus, fear
present)
          - keeping an event via anger (thus, anger
present) 
          
       example:  dictator/bully/grief stricken  


     Concentrating too loosely:
          - distractions occurs (thus, not focused)
          - not mindful of present (thus,
disconnected)

     example:  son/daughter/wife/husband/friend is
talking to you and your off in another world
inappropriately


     I practice concentrating grounded via relaxation,
yet, still alert, thus, noticing.

     These are not dead static, thus, not strict in
any definition, therefore, dynamic enough that life
goes on and upon this path of practice something may
come to mind, be noticed and/or experienced.
