Dear Waldir,
I noticed the following article dealing with livebearing fish male genital
morphology: Predation-associated divergence of male genital morphology in a
livebearing fish
<https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/jeb.12229>
The female will be more challenging for sure and it depends if you have a
chance to dissect the fish and extract the structure, than the light
digital photography using stereoscope might be good enough. Otherwise, the
uCT should be your choice. If you need to visualise some fine structure
made off soft tissues (not just bones) than consider some
contrast-enhancing agents (see more info on the web about the *DiceCT
<https://dicect.com/>*)
I'm looking forward to see the results of your research :).
Best regards,
Miloslav
