Dear All, I'm trying to use ALPACA but for some strange reason, I couldn’t even run the example. I noted some differences between the files/results I obtained and those included on 'Tutorials/ALPACA at main · SlicerMorph/Tutorials · GitHub. I'm using the 3D Slicer 4.13.0-2021-12-10' and I downloaded the Preview Release version (Revision 30497). First I noted that the Select subsampling voxel size option does not appear. In addition, the resulting landmarks named Refined predicted landmarks are not Fiducials and these resulting points cant be visualized on the model or saved. During the run CPD non-rigid registration, the points do not appear on the model. So, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Thanks for the advice.
