Hi All, I am trying to use the 'unbend' function on tpsUtil to straighten dorsally bent fish specimens. After getting the function to successfully read my input files, I found that when I reopened the my file with the 'straightened' landmarks they were all shoved into the bottom left corner of all of my photos. Any help would be appreciated.
