I have just uploaded ver. 1.14 of tpsPLS to the Stony Brook Morphometrics server. I added the ability to display links between pairs of landmarks as well as the ability to save an estimated landmark configuration to a file (for example, to use it in tpsSuper to generate an estimated image). Thanks to JesÃs Marugan for the suggestion.
I have also made a minor change to the tpsRelw program. I added the ability to display links between landmarks when displaying an estimated shape as landmark displacements. In the help files for both programs, I have entered the address for the current morphmet listserver (a few people are still trying to use the old morphmet listserver at CUNYVM). ----------------------- F.
