Because of the growing interest, I have just added a separate page (http://life.bio.sunysb.edu/morph/soft-3d.html) on the Stony Brook Morphometrics website to list links to 3D software useful in morphometrics. The list is incomplete and is mostly links to software already listed elsewhere on this site. I would appreciate it if people e-mailed me links and descriptive text for useful 3D software.
