Dear all, I'm a PhD student in the department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. I want to see any morphological variation of the skull between scoliosis patients and normal healthy subjects. Thus, I'm looking for reliable landmarks on the MR images to represent the bony tissue and brian. Would you having experimence in landmarking the skull on MRI please share with me where I should landmarks? At this moment I focus on the midsagittal plane of the skull. I would like to try the 2D genometric morphometrics first and then go for the 3D analysis.
Thank you very much. Regards, Benson Yeung -- Replies will be sent to the list. For more information visit http://www.morphometrics.org
