Hello Morhpometricians I am just starting to use morphometrics and I am having a bit of trouble with the software. I have collected young-of-the-year Brook charr from two contrasting environments. I am looking at differences in shape and ontogenetic sequences (bone and cartillage formation). I have taken digital images (with scale) of my specimens and placed my landmarks with tpsDig2. Everything seems O.K. with my .tps files but when I take a X1Y1 CS file created with CoordGen (procrustes superposition) and use it in IMP:PCAgen6N. I get an odd plot with all my specimens between 300-400 in a separate group (0-300 and 400- 750 are O.K.). If I remove those specimens, all the ones between 200-300 get in a group ... Does anyone know what could be the problem ?
