Dear list members:
We have a set of 3D landmarks, to which we want to perform geometric
morphometric rotines such as GLS, visualization of shape changes via thin-
plate-splines, and partial warp extraction for further statistical
analyses.
As far as I know, James Rohlf's TPS software cannot manage 3D landmark
coordinates, so I was wondering if anybody could recommend a software to
me,
which can do this on a windows system. Moreover, I'll be happy if anybody
could hint me to an original publication, in which such analyses of 3D
