We have sets of 3D landmarks here, for which we want to perform geometric morphometric analytic routines such as GLS, transformation grid analysis (thin plate spline), and partial warp calculations (for subsequent (multivariate) statistical analyses), etc. As far as I know, Prof. Rohlfs' TPS software canot be used for 3D data, so I will be happy to receive any suggestions for alternative software solutions, which can be used to analyze 3D data.
I would also appreciate if you could hint me to any illustrative example in the literature, where such analyses were performed for 3D data sets. Thanks a lot!
