Dear Eva, I am sure you can use outlines digitized using TPSDig for doing an EFA with Morpheus. This is what Dennis and I did a few years ago (CARDINI A., Slice D. E., 2004 - Mandibular shape in the genus Marmota (Rodentia, Sciuridae): a preliminary analysis using outlines. Italian Journal of Zoology, 71: 17-25). I seem to remember that we had to close the outline 'manually' by adding one final point with same coordinate as the starting point (see the example below). Good luck
