Hello! I'm trying to figure out how to treat curves traced in TPSDig as outlines. The outlines of my specimens cannot be automatically computed even after adjusting the threshold. As far as I know my only other option is to trace the outline of my specimens using the curve drawing tool. I then resampled the curve "by length" as suggested in the help menu. Can I convert curves into outlines in TPS or a different program? Or How can I use shape data from curves traced in TPSDig to carry out an EFA in Morpheus et al.?
