Yes, of course since MANOVA, MANCOVA, and the T^2 (a special case of
MANOVA) tests are just special cases of multivariate regression. The
mulreg module in NTSYSpc can perform those analyses with a
phylogenetic covariance matrix taken into account. One does, however,
need to code a matrix of independent variables to correspond to the
desired experimental design.
